Tuition Information
Faith Academy is a state-licensed child development center with state-certified staff. Our hours of operation are from 6:00 a.m.-6:00 p.m., Monday-Friday. We are here to build our youth spiritually, intellectually, and emotionally by implementing developmentally age-appropriate activities.

School Age Before/After School: Prorated Hourly Rate: $6/hour for the first sibling, $5/hour for additional SA siblings
• Registration Fee $75 per family
• Annual Renewal Fee $50 January each year (waived for new families registered Tuesday after Labor Day)
• Discounts: (discounts available up to 10% per child)
o Any family with multiple children will receive 10% off the oldest child’s tuition
o Active FCC Church Members receive a 10% discount for eligible children. (Requires approval from Pastor Stu)
o Active Military families receive a 10% discount for eligible children. (Please submit a copy of the paperwork/badge showing this)
o First Responders receive a 10% discount for eligible children. (Please submit a copy of the paperwork/badge showing this)
• Tuition is due one week in advance. There is a $25 late fee for all tuition over 1 week past due.
• We allow rotating schedules; schedules must be submitted in advance. Must be in attendance at least 2 days/week. There will be an additional $5/week charge per child to reserve a rotating child’s spot.
• To receive the school-age rate for a child who is 5 years old, your child must be already attending an elementary school (grades Kindergarten and up).
Faith Academy Payment Options:
We have several different payment options listed below. You can rest assured because Procare Connect has the highest levels of PCI compliance for online payments.
- Point of Sale Card Payment– This option allows you to make a payment with the Director over the phone or in person. If you pay over the phone, provide your card information and the amount you want to pay. If you pay in person, your information is manually entered, or we can swipe your card.
- Online Payments– You can pay your tuition online with a credit or debit card. You can do this by visiting myprocare.com.
- Automatic Payment– With this payment method, your payment will be charged automatically according to the frequency you would like (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly). Weekly or bi-weekly payments are processed on Fridays. ACH payments using your bank information are not subject to the convenience fee. - CHECK/MONEY ORDER-Place your payment in the secure payment slot located to the right of the Director’s office door.
As with any credit card payment, there is a cost associated with using it. Since Faith Academy is a small business, at this time, we find it necessary to charge a convenience fee of 2.70% for the use of debit/credit cards. Faith Academy accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express.
